Mozzarella? All specialties of Naples. Food and eating in Naples is a way of life. The region has been blessed with a landscape that produces incredible raw ingredients, tomatoes sweet from the volcanic soil, rich olive oil produced from trees that are hundreds of years old, and cheese made from buffalo milk. It’s this abundance of riches from the earth that makes food from Southern Italy simple, yet astoundingly good.
